Refund Policy

The 30-Day Guarantee — How It Works

This guarantee applies to purchases of The System ($997/mo) and Done-For-You ($3,997) plans. Here are the terms:

• You must run the system as instructed for the full 30 consecutive days from the date of your purchase, following the documented setup, settings, and rules provided with your access.
• If your prop-firm evaluation fails during the 30-day period, you must continue trading and re-take the evaluation until the full 30 days have elapsed. A single failed attempt before the 30 days are up does not qualify for a refund — you are expected to keep trying for the entire window.
• At the end of the full 30-day period, if you have not passed a prop-firm evaluation despite following the system as documented, you may request a full refund.
• To request your refund, email chase@tradetecfutures.com within 7 days after day 30 (i.e., between day 30 and day 37 from purchase).
• Your refund request must include evidence that you followed the system as instructed — this means the system was loaded, connected to your broker, and run with the documented settings for the full 30 days. We may ask for trade logs, screenshots, or TradersPost activity to verify.
• Upon verification, we will process a full refund of your TradeTec Futures purchase price — no hassle, no runaround.

What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover

• Accounts that deviated from the documented settings, modified the system parameters, or did not run the system as instructed.
• Accounts that stopped running the system before the full 30 days elapsed — including after a failed evaluation attempt. You must continue for the full window.
• Manual overrides — if you manually intervened in trades (moved stops, added trades outside the system, disabled automation), the guarantee does not apply.
• Trading losses or prop-firm evaluation fees. The guarantee refunds your TradeTec Futures purchase only. Any fees paid to prop firms (evaluation fees, resets, monthly fees), brokers, TradingView, TradersPost, or other third parties are governed by their own refund policies — we do not control or refund third-party charges.
• The Community plan ($97/mo). The 30-day guarantee applies to The System and Done-For-You plans only.

Refund Requests Outside the Guarantee

For purchases that do not fall under the 30-day guarantee (including the Community plan), all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. TradeTec Futures sells digital products and services — educational content, trading software, and immediate access to an online community. Because access and materials are delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase, these purchases are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Memberships (Recurring Subscriptions)

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents the next charge; it does not refund amounts already billed for the current or prior periods, and you retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.

Prop-Firm & Third-Party Fees

Any fees you pay to third parties — such as prop-firm evaluation fees, broker fees, or platform subscriptions (e.g., TradingView, TradersPost) — are paid directly to those companies and are governed by their refund policies, not ours. We do not control or refund third-party charges.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, we honor them.
