Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Why

TradeTecFutures sells digital products and services — educational content, trading software and tools, and immediate access to an online community. Because access and materials are delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Memberships (recurring subscriptions)

You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents the next charge; it does not refund amounts already billed for the current or prior periods, and you retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.

One-Time Purchases

One-time products (including the system license and done-for-you setup) are non-refundable once purchased, as access and/or services are provided immediately.

Prop-Firm & Third-Party Fees

Any fees you pay to third parties — such as prop-firm evaluation fees, broker fees, or platform subscriptions (e.g., TradingView, TradersPost) — are paid directly to those companies and are governed by their refund policies, not ours. We do not control or refund third-party charges.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, we honor them.

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing problem, please contact us first at chase@tradetecfutures.com and we'll review it promptly.
