These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, tools, educational content, and community operated by TradeTecFutures, Inc. ("TradeTecFutures," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, purchasing a product, or joining our community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. What We Provide
TradeTecFutures sells educational content, trading software and tools, and paid access to an online membership community. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, or trading advice; we are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor; and we do not provide funding, capital, or funded/prop-firm accounts, nor do we manage money or trade on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using them, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Memberships, Billing & Cancellation
- Some products are recurring subscriptions billed automatically each period until cancelled. One-time products are charged once at purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe via LaunchPass). By purchasing, you authorize the applicable recurring or one-time charge.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
- All sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.
4. License & Intellectual Property
All content, software, tools, strategies, materials, and branding we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active membership/purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use them for your own personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publicly post, or create derivative works from our content, software, or community materials, and you may not share your access or login with anyone else. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct
- Be respectful; no harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
- No spam, advertising, or promotion of other services without permission.
- Do not share, leak, or redistribute paid content, signals, tools, or community materials.
- Do not impersonate us or other members, or solicit members for money or "account management."
- Do not share account access. Each membership is for one individual.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations, at our discretion and without refund.
6. No Financial Advice; Trading Risk
Everything we provide is for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security, future, or other instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital, and you may lose all fees paid to third-party prop firms. Past, hypothetical, and backtested performance is not indicative of future results. No profit, performance, or outcome is guaranteed. Consult a licensed professional and trade only with risk capital you can afford to lose.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may reference or integrate with third parties (e.g., Discord, TradingView, TradersPost, brokers, prop firms, and payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their terms, fees, availability, or actions. Prop-firm evaluations and funded accounts are offered by independent firms under their own terms, and many restrict automated, copy, or overnight trading — review their rules yourself.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uptime, or that any tool, strategy, or system will function without error or produce any particular result.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeTecFutures, Inc. and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost fees, arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeTecFutures, Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason, without refund. You may stop using our services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any disputes, except where prohibited by law.
